Your information,
your choices.

This page summarizes what the activity stores, what can become public, and how to request access, correction, withdrawal, export, or deletion.

What stays private

Email addresses, signed-in account identifiers, questionnaire answers, political or intimate answers, fit scores, consent records, original filenames, original uploads, and one-way Round 3 password verification values are for authorized administrator review or security checks. They are not fields in the public casting gallery or bracket. The readable Round 3 password is not stored by the site.

What may become public

Only an administrator-approved name, introduction, social handle, caption, image, likeness, voice, and separately prepared public media derivative may appear in casting, bracket pages, social-media videos or posts, online videos, livestreams, stories, reels, clips, recaps, or related posts for this activity. Invited Round 3 media cannot appear before the application-question Round 2 closes. Bracket pictures remain hidden until every bracket Round 2 matchup is closed. Original uploads remain quarantined, and every public media route also fails closed unless a separate derivative is marked both sanitized and moderator-approved.

Why information is used

Information is used to receive and review applications, calculate private fit percentages, verify invited contestants' Round 3 upload access, moderate media, administer community voting and matchups, contact applicants, record consent, respond to safety or privacy requests, and document activity decisions.

Round 3 upload access

Selected contestants receive a private password assigned to one application. It permits one Round 3 photo or video submission without creating another public account or sign-in. Do not share it. The site compares the password with a one-way verification value, rate limits attempts, and does not publish the password or include it in the upload record. An administrator can replace or disable access if a password may have been exposed.

Anonymous bracket voting

Bracket voting does not require an account or sign-in. When you cast a bracket vote, the site sets an essential, private browser cookie containing a random identifier and stores only a one-way hash of that identifier with your selected matchup vote. This allows one changeable vote per browser per matchup and supports abuse rate limiting. The cookie is not displayed publicly, but clearing cookies, using private browsing, or switching browsers can create another browser identity; this system does not prove that every vote comes from a unique person.

Retention status

The application does not yet enforce automatic retention deadlines. Before public launch, the administrator must adopt and operate a dated retention schedule covering rejected applications, selected contestants, votes, original uploads, public derivatives, consent evidence, safety reports, and backups.

The recommended launch target is to remove unselected application records and original uploads within 90 days after a season closes, remove routine competition records within 12 months, and expire encrypted backups within 30 days. Records may need shorter or longer handling for a verified deletion request, security investigation, dispute, or legal obligation. These targets are operational guidance until reviewed and formally adopted.

Your choices

You may ask to withdraw an application, stop future public use, correct information, receive an export, or delete eligible records and media. Removal from this site cannot guarantee deletion of copies already downloaded or reposted by other people.
